These terms govern your use of Ozym. They are meant to be read, so we’ve kept them plain. By using the app you agree to them.

The service

Ozym is a subscription app that publishes one balanced daily news digest, synthesised by AI from multiple outlets and citing its sources. The app is the only place to read the digest. We may change, improve, or discontinue features over time.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time email code or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, since that is how you sign in. One account is for one person; don’t share your access.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Ozym costs $4.99/month, or $54.99/year (a saving of about 8%), after a 7-day free trial. Prices are in the currency shown at purchase and may vary by region.
  • Your subscription is sold and billed through Google Play, under Google’s terms. We never handle your payment details.
  • The free trial is available on either plan. If you don’t cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price of the plan you chose — $4.99/month or $54.99/year. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel or manage your subscription any time in your Google Play account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the digest or bypass the subscription.
  • Interfere with, overload, or attempt to break the service or its security.
  • Use Ozym unlawfully or to infringe anyone’s rights.

Content, sources, and intellectual property

Ozym’s summaries are generated by AI and are derivative works meant to orient you, not to replace the original reporting. Each story links to its sources; the underlying articles remain the property of their publishers, and their headlines and links are used to point you to the original reporting. The Ozym app, brand, and its summaries are provided for your personal, non- commercial use.

The honest limits of an AI digest

Summaries are produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or misreadings, despite our verification steps. Ozym is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Always treat the cited original articles as the authoritative source, and don’t rely on a summary for decisions where accuracy is critical.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Content Toad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ozym. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Ozym and delete your account any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and give notice of material changes. Continuing to use Ozym after a change means you accept the updated terms.
