Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Ozym account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it — from inside the app, or by asking us to do it for you.

Delete it yourself, in the app

Open Ozym and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated data right away.

Ask us to delete it for you

If you can’t reach the app — for example, you’ve uninstalled it — email support@contenttoad.ca from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify the request and remove your data, and confirm by email when it’s done (normally within a few days).

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your email address;
• your sign-in identifier (your Supabase account ID);
• your subscription and entitlement records;
• any device tokens used to send you notifications.

Highlighted words and muted words are only ever stored on your device, never on our servers, and are removed when you delete the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

One thing to do separately

Deleting your Ozym account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. To stop billing, also cancel the subscription in your Google Play account: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Ozym → Cancel.
